Suspension Training, known as TRX, develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Leveraging the gravitational pull of your body, suspension training enables you to access the deep muscles in your body with three dimensional movement. It allows you to control how much you want to challenge yourself by adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance. Suspension Training is geared to all ages and levels.
